About This Station
The weather site is using a Davis VP2 weather station which includes a solar radiation sensor for things such as determining if it's a sunny or cloudy day? The station also has a fan aspirated solar shield which aids to help prevent misreadings due to the sun shining directly on it -- lehman terms. Weather reporting is updated continuously. This site uses the NWS for weather forecasting in tandem with the Davis weather station. Weather data is collected and uploaded using Weather Display Software.
